Cignal TV Prepaid Plans

Residential Postpaid Requirements

  • 1. Proof of Identification (Driver's License, UMID, PRC etc with your photo)


  • 2. Proof of Billing within 3 months of the date of the application (Meralco, Credit Card Statement, Mobile Postpaid Billing Statement, PLDT, Cable or Internet Billing Statement) Any of the docs must be under the applicant's name.


  • 3. Signed  Service Application Form (SAF) To be  provided by the installer


( Proof of Income  maybe required if the amount of your billing statement is below the required amount for your Plan Application.)

Commerical Postpaid Requirements

  • 1. Proof of Identification (Company ID) of the signatory


  • 2. Proof of Billing within 3 months of the date of the application (Meralco, Credit Card Statement, Mobile Postpaid Billing Statement,PLDT, Cable or Internet Billing Statement) Any of the docs must be under company name or signatory.
  • 3. Signed  Service Application Form (SAF) To be  provided by the installer 


(Latest DTI or SEC Registration maybe required if the Proof of Billing is not under the name of the comany)
